Phase2: Import PST to Outlook 2019, 2016
- Now open newer Outlook, whether it is 2019 or 2016.
- Click on File tab > Open and Export > Import/Export.

- Step8: in the Import and Export Wizard, choose Import from another program or file, and tap Next.
- Step9: then click Outlook data file (.pst) and again tap Next.
- Step10: browse the source path and deal with duplicity options to proceed.
- Step11: Include/Exclude items of the added PST accordingly and give the target folder to click Finish.
